Reply to this post if you need to purchase or sell seats on the Dallas/Fort Worth bus trip. Include your email address so others can contact you directly.
Once the transaction is made, the SELLER (the person who originally purchased a seat from Breakshuttle) must do as instructed below to finalize the ticket exchange:
Students are allowed to exchange BreakShuttle tickets more than 72 hours ahead of travel departure. If you are a purchaser or a student who wished to purchase a ticket from another student please read the following before completing the transaction.
The original purchaser must prove that he or she currently holds a ticket by showing the other student the ticket email.
Students may exchange funds for the purchase value of the ticket through an agreed upon means (ex. cash, check, PayPal or Venmo). BreakShuttle will not be able to facilitate the payment transfer process.
Original purchaser must change the name, email address, and emergency contact information on the ticket by clicking on the edit link in the ticket email. By hitting submit you have successfully transferred the ticket. The ticket email will be resent to the new email address in the new passengers name. (If as the new passenger you have not seen the new ticket email in 24 hours, please reach out to a support representative at information@breakshuttle.com)
Once transferred, the new purchaser must email support@groupzoom.com with their personal information included on the ticket (name, email address, emergency contact name, emergency contact phone number) and the original purchaser name. A BreakShuttle support representative will ensure that your ticket has successfully been changed and you are set for travel day.
